We are building an audience before they need a practitioner. People may first find Stillwater through a practice, an article, a daily Stillwater 28 practice, seasonal content, or the Practice Library. The goal is to become useful before someone needs an introduction, then be there when they are ready for more support.

We find a possible match
Stillwater compares what the person told us with your practice, preferences, availability, and location.
You review the introduction
You see their first name and enough information to decide whether the opportunity makes sense. Their last name, phone number, and email remain private until you accept.
You decide
You have 48 hours to accept or pass. Passing is completely fine.
We make the introduction
If you accept, contact information becomes available and we let the person know who we matched them with.
We do not blast the same inquiry to a long list of practitioners. Every introduction is meant for one practitioner at a time.

- No percentage of your ongoing work with the people you meet
- No paid placement or ranking boost
- A declined introduction, an expired opportunity, and a misroute do not use one of the three free.
- The qualifying introduction must reach the defined consumer-engaged state.
- Practitioners see and accept the applicable terms before paid billing begins.
- The first three are your first three qualifying introductions, period. This is not a pilot benefit.
You stay in control of your practice.

Stillwater does not set your rates, manage your calendar, or control your client relationship.

- Accept or pass within 48 hours
- Contact accepted introductions promptly
- Give us a quick update on what happened
- Tell us when the system gets something wrong
- Share feedback while we improve the introduction experience
- Keep your credentials accurate as they change

Who is behind Stillwater
Stillwater is being built by the team at Innova Forge Works around a simple question: how do we help someone who knows they want to feel better, but does not yet know which kind of practice or practitioner may fit?
We are starting locally, working directly with practitioners, and building carefully around what we learn from the people using the experience. The goal is not to create another directory. It is to make thoughtful introductions between people looking for support and practitioners whose work may genuinely fit.
