Stillwater  /  The Stillwater 28
A free guided practice

The Stillwater 28.

Twenty-eight days of movement, nourishment, breath, meditation, and rest, a rhythm we can return to.

Stillwater 28 is a four-week practice rhythm. It is inspired by lunar language, but it does not attempt to make 28 days fit the astronomical lunar cycle. The moon follows its own rhythm, averaging about 29.5 days from new moon to new moon. The program and the sky are two separate things. Stillwater shows you both without pretending they always line up.

Movement · Nourishment · Breath · Rest

A practice you can begin today.

The Stillwater 28 is a free, guided rhythm. Each of four weeks carries seven days of gentle practice, drawn from movement, nourishment, breath, meditation, and rest. You do not need a studio, equipment, or experience. You only need to begin.

A separate fact from the program week above. The Stillwater 28 keeps its own rhythm.

Some days the practice is movement. When a day calls for Pilates, yoga, or somatic work, you may want a teacher beside you.
